I was going to buy supplies for our house renovation and I didn’t know where to start. I just need some cement, steels and sand and gravel for our front yard so I didn’t call any professional for the help. I think me and my dad can handle it. But the case does not fall the way as we expected. After a half day of touring the market, here’s what we learned. 1. You should ask for discounts You must ask each supplier whether they give you discounts. You are the customer so at least act like one and get benefits. The suppliers probably won’t complain harshly (but in a nice way I guess?) though if you just buy a couple of pieces, don’t be surprised to get a no.
